This project delivers a comprehensive Sales Finance Report for AtliQ Hardware, combining sales performance, customer insights, and financial reporting into a single decision-making dashboard. It was built to improve visibility across revenue, profitability, and market growth.


Business Challenge


The business needed a faster and more reliable way to track customer sales, compare markets, measure performance against targets, and evaluate overall financial health. Manual reporting across multiple sheets created delays and limited strategic decision-making.


My Contribution


I developed an advanced Excel-based reporting solution using formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and financial models. The report transformed raw sales data into structured insights covering customer performance, market trends, quarterly growth, and P&L reporting.
